- Gin 70ml / 2.5oz
- Vermouth 15ml / .5oz
- Olive Brine (or Olive Juice) 25ml / .8oz
- 2-4 Olives to garnish
Recipe
- Add Ice, Gin, Vermouth, and Olive Brine (or Olive Juice) to a mixing glass
- Stir well with a bar spoon
- Strain into a chilled Cocktail Glass
- Garnish with 3 Green Olives.
