What Ingredients do you need to make a Strawberry Mojito?
White Rum
All Rum is made from fermenting and then distilling sugar cane molasses or sugar cane juice, but White Rum has an ageing process that makes the liquor clear.
Rum is usually aged, and the container it’s aged in has a big say in its colour.
In bourbon or other wooden casks, the rum turns a dark brown colour, but in stainless steel tanks it stays colourless. Rum that’s been aged in wood can also be filtered to take the colour out.
White Rum is clear because it’s aged in stainless steel, or filtered after ageing.

Soda Water
Soda Water is essentially water that contains dissolved carbon dioxide gas.
This can either be infused with the water artificially or occur naturally.
Soda Water is thought to have been around since 1740, but became popular in 1783 when the Soda industry really took off and Soda Water was bottled and sold.
