- 1 slice of Lime.

This isn’t a traditional cocktail by any means. In fact, I stumbled across the recipe whilst experimenting with Gins and mixers and created something fantastic (if I do say so myself).
On the face of it, you might question these flavours mixed together. But they work. You have to try it.
Ingredients
- 50ml / 1.6oz Raspberry Gin Liqueur.
- Fill the glass up with Tropical Punch.
- 2 raspberries.
Recipe
- Add Ice, Raspberry Gin Liqueur, and Tropical Punch to a Highball glass.
- Add raspberries to garnish.

The Edinburgh Mule
Now in our easy cocktails with gin list, an interesting take on the classic Mosco Mule cocktail, which substitutes vodka for Rhubarb and Ginger Gin.

- 10ml / .3oz of Lime juice.
- 120ml / 4oz Ginger Beer.
- 1 slice of lime.
